The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. For me, coaching is more than just working toward goals—it's about creating a deep, meaningful connection that encourages exploration and growth. Together, we’ll take those thought-provoking insights and transform them into actionable steps that align with your values and aspirations. I work with clients to develop practices that are both practical and personal, and I help establish accountability mechanisms that ensure progress. Coaching isn’t just about achieving success—it’s about becoming the best version of yourself, with support and partnership along the way.

The focus is on the ontological coaching approach, which centers on the holistic development of individuals by considering three core aspects: body, language, and emotions. This methodology is designed to help clients achieve profound and lasting transformations. We explore how your physical posture, movements, and overall body awareness impact your interactions and experiences. Language shapes our reality and influences our relationships. Through ontological coaching, we examine your language patterns, beliefs, and narratives to identify and shift any limiting perspectives. We work on developing your emotional awareness and regulation, enabling you to navigate challenges with resilience and make decisions that are aligned with your values and goals.
-
Coaching is all about helping you discover the answers within yourself—it's a journey of reflection, growth, and self-awareness. Consulting, on the other hand, is more about offering expert advice and solutions for specific challenges you or your business might face. Sometimes, we might even blend the two depending on what’s best for you!
-
In coaching, we’ll work together to get clear on your goals, tackle what’s holding you back, and build a plan to move forward. Expect a supportive space where we explore your strengths, values, and areas for growth. You’ll also get practical tools and strategies to make real, sustainable changes.
-
Coaching can be done virtually or in-person—whichever works best for you. Many clients love the flexibility of virtual sessions, but if you’re in the Houston area, we can meet face-to-face. For Intensives, we usually do those in-person to allow for deeper focus.
-
As a professional coach, I adhere to a strict code of ethics that emphasizes the importance of confidentiality and privacy. Your trust is paramount, and is taken every measure to ensure it is upheld. I will not disclose any information about you or your coaching sessions to third parties without your explicit consent, except in cases where legally obligated to do so. If you have any specific concerns or questions about confidentiality, please feel free to discuss them with me. I’m here to ensure you feel safe and secure throughout your coaching journey.
-
Before we meet, I’ll send you an intake form so I can get a clear picture of your goals and challenges. Come with an open mind, ready to explore and reflect. Our sessions are a time to focus on you, so be prepared for honest conversations and co-creating a plan that works just for you.
-
Ultimately, your results depend on your courageous commitment to the process and dedication to your goals, but my clients tell me they walk away with greater self-awareness, better emotional regulation, stronger decision-making skills, and deeper alignment with their values. You’ll also gain practical strategies to overcome challenges and create lasting change in both your career and life.
-
Coaching and therapy can both be transformative, but they serve different purposes. Therapy often focuses on healing from the past, while coaching is more about moving forward—helping you achieve specific goals and unlock potential. Coaching can complement therapy, but it’s focused on growth, accountability, and action steps to create change.

That’s okay! One of the first things we’ll work on together is uncovering what’s important to you and clarifying your vision. Many clients come to coaching feeling unsure about their next steps. Through our work together, you’ll get clear on what matters and create goals that align with your values.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for a change, you’re probably ready for coaching. It’s most effective when you’re open to exploring new perspectives and committed to doing the work. Not sure? A discovery call can help you figure out if it’s the right time for you.

Coaching doesn’t stop when the session ends. If you have follow-up questions or need support between sessions, I’m here for you. You’ll also have access to resources and exercises to keep your growth going, and we can always discuss any insights or questions in our next session.

I get it—life can be busy! If long-term coaching isn’t possible right now, an Intensive can still offer significant breakthroughs in a shorter time frame.
-
Intensives are half or full-day deep-dive sessions where we focus on a specific challenge or goal. These in-person sessions offer immediate breakthroughs and a solid action plan. Whether you need coaching, consulting, or a mix of both, Intensives are perfect for making fast progress on something urgent.
-
Every coaching agreement is unique to the client. Typically, we start by building a solid foundation and meet every week for 60-minute sessions for the first two months, then every two weeks after that.
-
Most clients work with me for about six months. But it really depends on your goals! We can adjust the length and frequency to fit your needs, whether it’s a shorter, more focused engagement or a longer-term partnership. We’ll talk about it during your discovery call and find the best fit for you.
-
Group Coaching (coming soon!) allows you to work alongside others who are on a similar path, offering shared experiences and collective insights. 1:1 coaching, on the other hand, is more personalized and focuses solely on your individual journey. Both are powerful options—your choice depends on what feels right for you.

Whether it’s guidance for a project or creating a stronger leadership culture, the process is tailored to your organization’s unique needs.
